HN Jewelry offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all fine jewelry purchases. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty. Resizes are not included. 

We always recommend insuring your Bespoke pieces. Alternatively, you may insure your jewelry by adding it as a scheduled item or rider under your homeowner’s insurance policy. Please note that you will need to reference the appraisal provided with your purchase when arranging coverage.
