The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty. Resizes are not included.

The ring is gorgeous, exactly what we were looking for! Shipping was very fast and Terence was great about communication. We had to make a couple calls to FedEx to figure out where to pick it up (we weren't hope on the first delivery attempt) but everything else was great!
